So we went to see Frankenstein. Utterly brilliant! The design is dramatic – the picture is the opening tab – and complements the story perfectly. Liam Scarletts choreography owes a lot to Kenneth Macmillan and is no worse for that. The dancing was superb. We saw the American trio of Tristan Dyer, Sarah Lamb and Nehemiah Kish. With a death in childbirth, a heart attack, four murders, a hanging and a suicide this is a ballet not to miss.
